The Cascadian Nation

Every day it becomes more clear to me that the only way for North American countries to prosper and get their shit together is to secede from the union. The United States, Mexico and Canada should be broken and divided into several smaller countries (perhaps 15 total). Maybe have a NATO style military to tie it all together if that's even necessary, but otherwise they should be autonomous nations. Olympia would have course be part of Cascadia which would include most or all of Washington, most or all of Oregon, British Columbia and perhaps small parts of Idaho, NorCal and Upper Nevada. A proposed map:
